1. How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is 5–9 business days within India. International orders may take 10–15 business days depending on your location.

2. How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting our Track Order page. Enter your tracking number to see live updates.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@shopzyla.com. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

5. What is your return policy?

6. My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us a photo of the damaged item at support@shopzyla.com within 48 hours of delivery.
